Dunmore Financial Enterprise was founded on March 28, 2023, a date chosen in honor of Henrietta's oldest son, Josiah Dunmore, on his birthday. The company's name was created with the help of her previous team members, symbolizing both a legacy for her son and a tribute to her late grandmother, whom she never had a chance to meet. Henrietta was named after her grandmother, who passed away when her mother was just 12 years old.

Henrietta's journey into financial literacy began in 2016 when she faced one of the most challenging times of her life. After experiencing financial hardship and living in a shelter, she worked three jobs to save money and rebuild her life. Determined to regain financial stability, she researched credit repair strategies and within 45 days, achieved a 760 credit score. This breakthrough allowed her to secure credit cards, purchase a car, and find a permanent home

Her financial knowledge expanded when she joined Tesla and obtained $30,000 in business funding, which led to the launch of Slay Studio Collection, her hair company. As her clients saw her financial success, they began asking for help with credit repair and tax preparation. However, lacking formal training in tax services, she committed herself to studying, taking courses, and earing credentials to provide expert tax and credit services.

As demand grew, Henrietta decided to establish her own tax company, recruiting many of her clients to join her team. The success of Dunmore Financial Enterprise led her to temporarily step away from her hair business to focus on teaching and mentoring others in the tax industry. Today, she is dedicated to helping aspiring entrepreneurs build their financial independence and achieve success in the tax business.
